Return & Refund Policy – Goodiez

At Goodiez by Chahat Boutique, we strive to provide the best quality kids clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Returns are only applicable for size issues, damaged product, or wrong item received.

  • Products purchased during sale/clearance are not eligible for return (unless damaged).

Return Process

  1. Go to the return page using the link provided on your delivery page.

  2. Enter your Order ID and select the item you want to return.

  3. Choose the reason for return and submit your request.

  4. Once submitted, the return will be automatically processed and reverse pickup will be scheduled (if available).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be initiated.

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Amount will be refunded to:

    • Original payment method, OR

    • Store credit (based on customer preference)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without tags

  • Customized products (if any)

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/video

  • We will provide replacement or full refund

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
